Subject to the conditions below, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a standard return, the product must be:

- Returned with its original accessories and components; and
- Returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

18. Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns where the product is not defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise subject to a mandatory legal remedy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Magallanes does not provide complimentary or prepaid return labels for standard returns.
We recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured shipping service.
Where the customer independently arranges return shipping, we are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during the return shipment except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If a product is confirmed to have been defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied by us, return shipping will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.
19. Exchanges
Magallanes currently does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different:
- Product;
- Model;
- Color; or
- Other available option,
you should return the original product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order separately.
Availability of the replacement product is not guaranteed.
20. Refunds
Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of the return.
If the return is approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
Where permitted by applicable law, a refund may be reduced where the value of the product has been diminished by handling or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
Any statutory refund rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
21. Original Shipping Charges
Where shipping charges were paid on the original order, their refundability will depend on:

Certain Magallanes products may include a separate commercial warranty.
Any warranty period, scope of coverage, exclusions, or claim procedure will be governed by the warranty information provided:

- In another written warranty statement issued by Magallanes.
A commercial warranty is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login information.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless the activity results from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.

We may suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Site, or our business.
26. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer:
